Information on the Annual Financial Statements
Biophytis announces that, due to exceptional circumstances related to technical complications in the audit process, the publication of its 2024 annual financial statements has been postponed. The Company requires additional time to complete the audit and certification of its accounts.
As a result, Biophytis will publish its 2024 annual financial statements by the end of June 2025.
Accordingly, Biophytis has also decided to postpone the date of its Ordinary General Meeting of shareholders. The convening of this meeting will be carried out in accordance with applicable legal procedures. Biophytis has initiated the necessary steps with the Paris Commercial Court.
