The shareholders of Biophytis are hereby notified that the Combined General Meeting of June 3, 2022 could not validly deliberate due to lack of quorum. The shareholders are again convened to a Combined General Meeting to be held on June 21, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at the law office of Reed Smith, 112 avenue Kléber – 75116 Paris.
